Merrilee has been selling residential Real Estate with Prudential Prime Properties in Middletown, RI, for over four years. Prior to this she was a consistent top producer over a ten year span when she sold Real Estate on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.

Merrilee is a native of Seattle, Washington, and a graduate of Washington State University. She was in the fashion business in New York City for many years; managed the HI-USA Boston Hostel; and has run overseas tours through her former travel company, International Active Travel. She taught English while living in Greece, and managed the USO on the island of Guam. Her international solo journeys have taken her to nearly every corner of the world.

She is the Rhode Island representative for Servas, an international non-profit organization of hosts and travelers, and is on the board of the Council for International Visitors. In addition to travel, her favorite hobbies are salsa dancing, biking, jogging, entertaining, and volunteering for non-profits.

Her varied background along with her extensive real estate experience gives her the ability to understand and relate to the diverse real estate needs of the people in the area. Though she is relatively new to the area, her ability to "conquer" overseas countries in a few months of travel have given her the ability to tackle new territory with gusto.
